i'm just gonna have to go out on a limb here with my opinion, which is that alcohol is not a good thing. except for cleaning wounds and stuff like that. or maybe burning. but useing alcohol for other purposes - ie, drinking, expecially to excess - is not a great idea.

smallville has been suplanted in my tv show rankings by scrubs, which now holds the title for coolest TV show ever. i'm serious. it's funny, sweet, and even MEANINGFUL. unlike so many other shows *coughfriendcough*, it manages to have heart while still being funny and not cliche and preachy. watch it you must. it's on NBC, apparently. and, if you feel like it, tape it for me.

i've likely mentioned this before, but i hate these sorts of things. why must cruel fate torment me so?

a little while ago, the guy was telling me about how people shouldn't cosplay. (in case you don't know what that means, it means dressing up like characters from various anime/video games, usually when you're too fat or ugly to do so) i am inclined to agree with him, an opinion that is validated by several previous posts, that following picture - which i only recently discovered - is the clincher, the final blow, if you will.

i also saw the end parts of batman forever and speed. speed was a pretty cool movie, and batman forever looked like it might not suck. keanu reeves, however, cannot act. except in the matrix, and bill and ted.

i'm posting this mainly for the benefit of one particular friend who, if she sees it, will likely derive much enjoyment. the rest of us, i imagine, will find it mildly amusing.
