ashland, eh? very nice. that's usually where I am during spring break.
as for SOU being "fucking awesome," you haven't really seen "fucking awesome" until you've visited the ventura campus of the brooks institute for photography. it has, amoung many other impressive feature, not one, but TWO fulling-functioning hollywood sound stages. no other school we visited had - to my knowledge - these particular assets. "fucking awesome" indeed.
however, SOU may indeed be very cool, i will grant it that. after all, it has a rather impresive repuation for being one hell of a party school, an honor that brooks, unfortunatly, does not have. so we shall see. more on the campuses of brooks, chapman and UCLA later, when i'm not such a lazy butt-ass. (new word i learned today. relatives CAN be useful)
and "hisood" is, i believe, spelled with a "z."

for reasons i am not free to divulge, i am EXTREEMLY happy. i am now going to proceed to completly enjoy the rest of my spring break, which is not turning out to be quite as abysmal as i had originaly thought it would be.
for one, visiting colleges is not COMPLETLY boring. there seem to be copious amounts of *quote* fine ass bitches *unquote* and although i am not, at present, free to revel in the joys of the somewhat sexier sex, it is nonetheless a pleasent experience. i am anxious to go to college. ;) the two colleges i have looked at so far both have their merits:
CCAC (or the california college of arts and crafts) is a small, somewhat more artsy campus with VERY small class sizes (ie, 5-15) lots of equiptment that almost made me cream my pants, and a fruity name, which probably means the guys there are gay, which means more babes for me.
just kidding.
CSULB (or, california state university at long beach) is, obviously, a state college, with the pluses and minuses that some with such an institution. for one, the classes are somewhat larger, and you cannot start classes on your major (film, in this case, dumbasses) until junior year. these are both, as you may have guessed, minuses. it does, however have a dance dance revolution machine in the arcade, and FREE CABLE in the dorms.
so, CCAC looks very cool, but...DDR and FREE CABLE. it's not an easy discesion. fortunatly, there are three more colleges left (chapman, brooks and UCLA), so hopefully one of them will combine the charm and general coolness of CCAC with the FREE CABLE and DDR or CSULB. i can only hope.
i spent the later portion of today (that part not spent driving, or at CSULB) "bumming it" at a mall. i can't remeber what the mall was called, but i do remeber quite vividly that there was a hot topic store there (the like of which i have never visted before, by which i mean i've never visited a hot topic store before) which had many cool clothes (i like clothes), most of which i could not afford. i did, however, manage to afford a weezer sweatshirt. aside from remind me that weezer does not have an "h" in it, it is red, says "weezer" on the front, and something about how "if it's too loud, turn it down" on the back. i'm too lazy to take it off and see what it says, but you'll probably all find out in monday when i return, in all my glorious glory. it also has a so-called "kangaroo pocket," which i have been desiring for some time.
to close, i take slight offense to brodie's comments, as ben's pants in a joint venture, and will therefore be getting all up in his bitch whence i return. by which i mean i will be beating (or, more likely, attempting to beat) the shit, or whatever passes for such, out of him. his "bitch" will remain unharmed, and un-"all up in," at least by me. acutally, i really don't give a shit, but it's just fun to argue, and i'm in a FUN mood. so cheerio, bitches. see you later.
